I hesitate to share my delight in looking at the things I have saved and photographed. Since I was about 10, I have collected and preserved creatures, plants and shells that I found. Studying nature, really trying to examine the structure, texture and function of the diverse life we have right under our noses, has always been source of joy for me. Go easy on me, I am self taught in this area, striving now to learn the skills to elevate what I love to art.
